Our commitment to making a positive impact in the world requires us to hold ourselves accountable and be transparent in our operations.
At the heart of our work are our core values and principles: integrity, respect, and innovation, and we firmly believe that they’re essential to achieving sustainable livelihoods for everyone.
We understand that the world is constantly evolving, and we will stay true to our values and principles even as we adapt to ever-changing circumstances.
We take our moral responsibility to use resources wisely seriously and so we will carefully consider the effect of these investments on the environment and society, ensuring that they contribute to positive social and environmental change.

Investing alone, however, is not enough to create lasting impact; we have to use our resources, global platform and people power if we want to make a difference, and so we will make sure to combine our advocacy engagement efforts with investments for a comprehensive and effective approach to our philanthropy that makes a difference in the communities we serve.
We know that our vision cannot be achieved alone, we will also continue to work closely with our collaborative community so that together we achieve more significant and lasting impact.
